What is an international community?

West Taihu Lake community（WTLC） is the first comprehensive residential area for expats in Changzhou which is established by professional team and government. It provides four functions: apartments, activities, entrepreneurial base and online information. These platforms form the o2o social life community of international high-level people.

What are the apartment types and decorations?

In 2020, the community will open 50 apartments, with two kinds of areas. There are 55 square meters and 60 square meters studio. 55 square meters with bay windows and 60 square meters with balcony. Next year, we will open more large-area apartment types. The 50 apartments are divided into 4 decoration styles and there are namely Golden (60㎡), Modern (60㎡), Chic (55㎡), Zakka (55㎡). welcome to make an appointment to visit!

What are the apartment charges?

All apartments can be checked in with bags. According to the decoration style, the furniture/electrical appliances and the brand of the house supplies, we have set a three-column price to meet your different needs. The rent of all apartments includes utility fees, property fees, elevator fees, network fees and other related costs. You do not need to pay extra money. For detailed prices, please leave your email to make an appointment to visit and our butler will contact you.

When is the check-in/check-out procedure?

You can check in/out all day. 9:00 to 19:00 is our housekeeper’s normal working hours. If you want to go through the procedures outside of working hours, you can make an appointment with our housekeeper in advance.

Are pets allowed in the apartment?

No pets, thanks for your understanding!

What language does the international community use to communicate?

Our butlers are proficient in communicating with residents in English and Chinese. Other German and Spanish communities also have special personnel to connect. In addition, we also have a Changzhou translation talent pool. You can contact the butler if you need any language services.

Is there a kitchen in the apartment?

The apartment is equipped with a separate kitchen with electric stove to meet daily cooking needs. There is a professional shared kitchen downstairs that can be used for free. There are gas stove, oven, steamer, microwave and other kitchen equipment there.

How is the surrounding environment?

The International Community is located in the Changzhou West Taihu Science and Technology Industrial Park. It is the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta region. It is located between Shanghai and Nanjing with convenient transportation and beautiful natural environment. West Taihu Lake is adjacent to the second largest freshwater lake in southern Jiangsu with a total area of 164 square kilometers and vast blue waters-Gehu Lake. It is a resort with a strong cultural atmosphere and a popular tourist destination.

What are the supporting facilities near the apartment?

The apartment has free reservation-only gym, shared kitchen, private cinema, 24-hour supermarket, laundry room and other supporting facilities. In addition, our service center provides coffee, light meals and bars. If you need a quiet office space, the service center is also available on the second floor. The office area can be leased and the opening hours are from 10:00 to 23:00.
