西太湖国际人才社区艺术画廊位于国际社区公共服务中心内。

目前，社区已经与20 多位国内外艺术家签订了合作协议，

其中有李志强、莫雄、Elliot、Jack等多位享誉海内外的艺术家。

共展示了40余幅艺术作品，包括油画、水彩画、丙烯画等。

社区将定期举办主题画展和慈善拍卖会，作品售得款项的10%将捐赠给当地残疾儿童。

同时，在服务中心二楼还设立了流动艺术家工作室，

艺术家们可以在这里自由地进行创作和艺术交流。

Xitaihu Lake Community Philanthropy Gallery is located in Service Center of the community. 

At present, the gallery has signed cooperation agreements with more than 20 artists at home and abroad, 

including Li Zhiqiang, Mo Xiong, Elliot, Jack and many other famous artists. 

More than 40 works of art are displayed, including oil painting, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, etc. 

The community will regularly hold theme art exhibitions and charity auctions, 

and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to local disabled children. 

At the same time, a mobile artist studio has been set up on the second floor of the service center, 

where artists can freely create and communicate with each other.

“一带一路，万紫千红”The Belt and Road, A Riot of Colors

“一带一路”是“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的简称,

旨在借用古代丝绸之路的历史符号，高举和平发展的旗帜，积极发展与沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系，

共同打造政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体和责任共同体。

“一带一路”是涉及世界六十多个国家的长期工程，

倡导以“政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通”为内涵的 “五通”。

其中“民心相通”离不开文化艺术来表现与促进。随着‘一带一路’工程的不断推进，

相关的美术创作会更多的发掘丝路文明对于人类的高度贡献，

同时“一带一路”的伟大实践也会催生更多更好的作品不断涌现。

西太湖国际社区积极响应习主席共建“一带一路”战略构想的号召，

在常州西太湖科技产业园管理委员会的关心支持下，在项目启动仪式同时，

积极筹备“一带一路，万紫千红”主题美术作品展，希望籍“一带一路”的建设，

繁荣文化的“万紫千红”做出一丝贡献。

 这里有描绘一带一路的艺术作品。五彩缤纷花草植物跃然画上，

展现了我们生活的时代生机勃勃、欣欣向荣的景象，同时具有象征意义——

昂然向上、不屈不挠的中国精神，也寓意着我们将西太湖国际社区做好做优的不懈追求和向往。

The "one belt, one road" is the abbreviation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road".

 It aims to borrow the historical symbols of the ancient Silk Road, hold high the banner of peaceful development, 

actively develop economic cooperation and partnership with the countries along the border, 

and work together to create a political mutual trust, economic integration, 

cultural inclusion of interest community and responsibility community.

"One belt, one road" is a long-term project involving more than 60 countries in the world.

 It advocates the "five links" with the connotation of

 "policy communication, facilities interconnection, trade flow, financing and people's hearts". 

Among them, the "people to people" cannot be expressed and promoted without culture and art. 

With the continuous advancement of the "One Belt and One Road" project, relevant art creations 

will explore the great contribution of the Silk Road civilization to mankind. Meanwhile, the great 

practice of "One Belt, One Road" will also give rise to more and better works. 

Xitaihu Lake Community responds to the strategic plan of Chairman Xi , under the support of Changzhou 

Xitaihu Lake Science and Technology Industrial Park Management Committee, at the same time in 

the project launching ceremony, preparing " One Belt and One Road, A Riot of Colors " theme 

exhibition to make a contribution to the prosperity culture.

There are works of art depicting beautiful and colorful flowers. 

The painting depicts colorful flowers and plants, showing the vibrant and thriving scene of the era we live in. 

Meanwhile, it has symbolic significance -- 

the upturned and indomitable Chinese spirit, 

and it also implies our unremitting pursuit and yearning for the prosperity of Xitaihu Lake Community.

Introduction of some artists 部分艺术家介绍

莫 雄，祖籍浙江绍兴。1986年毕业于南京艺术学院并留校任教。现为中国美术家协会会员。

作品12幅入选第八、九、十、十一、十二届全国美展，2幅作品获铜奖。

部分作品赴德国、日本、韩国、香港、新加坡、斯洛伐克、泰国等国参加展览

并被海内外美术馆、博物馆、画廊和私人收藏。

Mo Xiong is from Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.  In 1986, he graduated from 

Nanjing University of the Arts and taught there.  

Now he is a member of the Chinese Artists Association.  

Twelve of his works were selected for the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th National Art Exhibition, 

and two of his works won the bronze prize.  

Some of his works have been exhibited in Germany, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, 

Singapore, Slovakia, Thailand and other countries, 

and have been collected by domestic and overseas art galleries, 

museums, galleries and private collections.  

李志强， 1984年毕业于南京师范大学美术系油画专业。现为中国美术家协会会员、

常州工学院艺术与设计学院教授。长期从事西画、绘画基础的教学、

研究与创作。美术作品被土耳其安娜特鲁大学、中国第二届粉画作品展览组委会、常州市博物馆收藏。

Li Zhiqiang, graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 1984, majoring in oil painting. 

Now he is a member of Chinese Artists Association 

and a professor of Art and Design College of Changzhou Institute of Technology. 

Long engaged in western painting, painting basic teaching, research and creation. 

 Works of art has been collected by Turkey Anatro University, 

China's second pink painting exhibition committee and Changzhou Museum.

(另外）常州国际志愿者团队由在常外籍友人组成，日常开展各类慈善活动，

包括探望残疾儿童、为贫穷儿童免费教授外语课、慈善义卖和垃圾分类普及等。

尤其是每年圣诞节前夕，我们会号召大家组织一场圣诞送祝福活动，

通过大家自愿报名和捐献的形式，由当地慈善机构组织去看望和帮助困境孩子们，

给他们送去慰问金和小礼物，给孩子们带去温暖。希望有更多在常国际友人加入队伍，

亲自去看望和帮助这些孩子们，为困境儿童献出爱心，让慈善薪火相传。

In addition, Changzhou International Volunteer Team is composed of foreign friends in Changzhou. 

It carries out various charity activities, including visiting disabled children, teaching foreign language lessons for poor children, 

charity sale and garbage sorting popularization. Especially on Christmas Eve every year, 

we will call on you to organize a Christmas blessing activity. 

In the form of voluntary registration and donation, local charities will organize to visit and help children in trouble, 

send them consolation money and small gifts, and bring warmth to children. 

It is hoped that more international friends in Changzhou will join the team to visit and help these children in person, 

and give their love to the children in need, so that charity can be passed on from generation to generation.
