The bridge of entrepreneurshipIt has been successfully held for17 consecutive sessions. 针对常州产业、园区和企业发展需求，聚焦高端装备制造、新一代信息技术、节能环保、新能源、新能源汽车、新材料、生物医药等先导新兴产业和前沿科技应用领域。
诚挚欢迎拥有自主知识产权、关键核心技术、具有回国发展事业、来常创新创业意愿的海内外高层次人才（团队）。
Aiming at the development needs of industries, parks and enterprises in Changzhou, it focuses on leading emerging industries and application fields of cutting-edge science and technology, such as high-end equipment manufacturing, new generation information technology, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy, new energy vehicles, new materials and biomedicine.We sincerely welcome high-level talents (teams) from home and abroad who possess independent intellectual property rights, key core technologies, and have the intention of returning to China for career development and innovation and entrepreneurship.（1）本次大赛设立一、二、三等奖共计15名，另设优胜奖15名。给予奖金、奖杯及奖励证书。
（2）所有项目，优先推荐参评“龙城英才计划”。获奖项目，经辖市区组织部门对接沟通确定，可免评审直接入选“龙城英才计划”，并视人才项目情况给予100万元-700万元创业资助资金。特别优秀的人才团队创业项目“一事一议”给予最高1亿元的资金支持。（详见“常州双创服务平台”）
（3）获奖人才项目邀请参加“创业之桥——第十八届海外人才常州创新创业洽谈会”，进行项目对接洽谈和实地参观考察。（嘉宾在常期间食宿费用均由组委会承担，并给予适当旅费补贴）
(1) A total of 15 first, second and third prizes will be set up in this competition, and another 15 winners will be set up. Prizes, trophies and award certificates will be given.(2) All projects are recommended to participate in the "Dragon City Talent Program". The winning projects, determined by the urban organization departments under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, can be directly selected into the "Dragon City Talent Program" without evaluation, and will be given 1 million to 7 million yuan of start-up funding depending on the situation of the talent projects. Special outstanding talent team entrepreneurship project "one thing one discussion" to give up to 100 million yuan of capital support. (See "Changzhou Mass Entrepreneurship Service Platform" for details)(3) Invite the winning talents to participate in the "Bridge of Entrepreneurship——the 18th Changzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair for Overseas Talents" for project docking negotiation and field visit. (The organizing committee will bear the accommodation and food expenses of the guests during the regular period, and provide appropriate travel allowance)对于海外人才常州创新创业邀请赛组织工作突出的相关单位，将设立组织奖给予奖励。
Organizational awards will be set up to award the organizations with outstanding organization work of the Changzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Invitational Competition for Overseas Talents.本次参赛报名采用“云申报”方式，即通过“海外人才常州创新创业服务平台”（bridge.czcycx.com）邀请赛申报系统，进行在线注册、填报。
